This is amazing! It makes your steak taste like you are at a restaurant. I made the mistake of using creamy horseredish and it was not as good. Use the "real stuff" and it is perfect.
SWEET AND SPICY MARINADE
.6 kg (1 1/4 lb.) boneless round sirloin tip or blade steak, cubed
1/3 c. horseradish
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 drops Tabasco sauce
