Best ever banana bread

This is seriously the best banana bread ever. This is the only one I will make. It is really easy, but beware it makes a lot. I usually half it and it turns out just as good.

1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. sour cream
4 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
4-5 mashed bananas
1 tsp. salt
5 c. flour

Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Mix sour cream and soda together in seperate bowl and let stand until foamy. Add the sour cream with the butter mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients to the above mixture. Mix well. Place into 4 greased bread pans and bake 50 minutes at 350 or until toothpick inserted comes our clean.
