I modified this one from a chicken cordon bleu recipe I have. This is super easy and tastes just like it.
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg ham
1 pkg swiss cheese
Place chicken in bottom of shallow pan. Mix cream of chicken and sour cream together. Layer ham and cheese on chicken. Pour cream mixture over.
Cook in oven at 350 until chicken is cooked and mixture is bubbly.
