This is from the Weight Watchers program and it is 7 points for one serving.
4 sprays cooking spray
1 lb. chicken
3 oz. cooked ham
3 oz. low-fat Swiss cheese
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. honey mustard
1/2 c. Italian style bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 400. Coat baking sheet with spray.
Pound chicken to 1/4 thickness. Arrange 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on top of chicken
Starting on short side, roll into tight pinwheel. Tuck in ends. Secure with toothpick.
Place flour, honey mustard and bread crumbs in 3 separate bowls. Add chicken to flour, then honey mustard, then bread crumbs.
Bake about 40 min. Remove toothpicks.
