Bruschetta Chicken Bake

I have not tried this one. It is from Sonnie, but it
looks like it is something I will like.
I am planning on making it this weekend.
If there is something I need to add I will post
 later. Can't wait.

1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for
Chicken
1/2 cup water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts,
cut into bite-size pieces
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix tomatoes,

stuffing, water, and garlic just
until stuffing mix is moistened. Layer chicken,
basil, and cheese in a 13x9
inch baking dish. Top with stuffing mix
and bake for 30 minutes or until
chicken is done.
